Mondays
The shuttle arrives at the pick up location in Downtown Los Gatos at 7:45 am and departs at 8:00 am, arriving to Kirby by 8:35am.
Tuesday-Friday
The shuttle arrives at the pick up location in Downtown Los Gatos at 7:20 am and departs at 7:40am, arriving at Kirby by 8:10 am.
Afternoons
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
The shuttle leaves Kirby between 3:40 and 4:00 pm. We ask parents to be at the Los Gatos pick up location by 4:20 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday
The shuttle leaves Kirby at 3:00 pm and arrives in Los Gatos by about 3:30 pm.
Additional Information 2023-24
- This year, shuttle service is provided by The Santa Cruz Experience Shuttle Company
- Families opt-in on a semester-basis.
- Students involved in after school activities are brought to off-campus games/rehearsals by the Kirby Shuttle. Parents arrange individual pickups with the coaches and also support each other with carpooling.
