There are so many different types of teens who find their passions and their people at Kirby. We bring together a group of students in each grade who will contribute to the school community. Our students show up with passion, openness, and the desire to get involved in both big and small ways.

The Application Process

The application for the 2025-26 school year is available now within our school’s portal, accessible from the link on this page.
Admissions decisions will be communicated March 14, 2025 by the end of the business day, for students who have completed the Admissions Application process by February 6, 2025. Families who have applied for Tuition Assistance will be notified of their Tuition Assistance application results with the admissions decision.
After these deadlines, we offer rolling admissions based on open space, and Tuition Assistance is based on remaining availability of funds. Please reach out to the Admissions Office directly to learn about available space and next steps. We look forward to hearing from you.

International Admissions
For students joining us from overseas, Kirby offers an exceptional academic experience to immerse in American culture with a local host family. Visit our Kirby International Program to learn more.
To apply, we have two available methods, as we know our online portal is not accessible from every country. 1) You may download the International Student Application Package below 2) you may access our International Application Kit via our online portal.

I've Applied, What happens Next?
Once your Admissions Application is complete including transcripts and recommendation forms, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a student interview and writing assessment (US applicants).
