The application for the 2025-26 school year is available now within our school’s portal. Our application deadline is April 2, 2026.
Simply select the “first time logging in” link and follow the prompts. Once you’ve done that, you can begin!
If applying for Tiered Tuition, complete a separate Tiered Tuition Application through Clarity. Tiered Tuition applications must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
I've Applied, What happens Next?
Once your Admissions Application is complete including transcripts and recommendation forms, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a student interview and writing assessment (US applicants).

International Admissions
For students joining us from overseas, Kirby offers an exceptional academic experience to immerse in American culture with a local host family. Visit our Kirby International Program to learn more.
To apply, we have two available methods, as we know our online portal is not accessible from every country. 1) You may download the International Student Application Package below 2) you may access our International Application Kit via our online portal.
