Kirby School was established in 1994 on the belief that a learning environment where students feel respected and appreciated, will bolster enthusiasm for learning and encourage scholastic achievement at the highest levels.
In 2019, Kirby School celebrated its 25th anniversary with a renewed commitment to providing a world-class education by undertaking a capital improvement project to build a Recreation Area, with an amphitheater, sport court, dining, and outdoor classroom space.
Kirby School is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and is a member of the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
